BOOKING FEES

  • There is a $100.00 deposit fee ($105.00 if done online) when booking a date.

  • $150 Per Hour Per Session (Call and Ask For More Details If Needed)

  • $500.00 Per session ($400.00 will be due on the day of your tattoo).

  • $800.00 Per Session when booking an entire day ($700.00 will be due on the day of your tattoo).

PLEASE NOTE: 

All deposits are non-refundable, with the exception of Jose Luis Arvelo having to reschedule or cancel your  appoinment and you "do not wish to continue". (Deposits do transfer over to your rescheduled appointment).

HOURS

  • Jose Arvelo has a 4 hour minimum, no maximum with the understanding that you will still have to pay the remaining balance no matter the hours that you have sat/seated.

  • There are no hourly rates.

  • Earliest tattoo start time is 12:00 pm. 

  • Latest tattoo start time is 4:00 pm. (Unless otherwise Jose Arvelo sets you up at a later time depending on type/size of tattoo - must be approved)

  • Showing up late or not at all may may or will result in your appointment being cancelled and you losing your deposit. BE ON TIME!

  • Client may receive a design anywhere from 1 day to a week before your scheduled appointment. (Portraits will not require a sent design)

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES:

  • The area on your that was agreed upon may not be changed after the initial deposit has been given.

  • The design that was agreed upon may not be changed after the initial deposit has been given.

  • Drinking little to no alcohol the day before your appointment. (Little meaning like a cup of wine)

PLEASE NOTE: 

Failure to comply with these guidelines may or will result to cancellation of your appointment and your deposit forfeited

CRITERIA NEEDED

  • Photo references of subject matter (More Than 1). Only send photos that you are willing to get tattooed. If you do not have photo references then please send full & complete details of the desired tattoo and Jose Arvelo will have full control of the images created.

  • Send photos of your body parts that is going to get tattooed and please send with good lighting of the area. No dark or blurry photos!

  • Give us a rough estimate on the size of the tattoo (very important).

  • Let us know how many people will be accompanying you with your appointment. Seating is important.

  • We'll need to speak! Please give us a time that is good for you so that we can speak (Time & Day). If you do not have a specific time, we will provide one for you.

Once you have read the entirety of this introduction, email us and send all that is required. Once all has been received Jose will be reaching out to you to the next step. If you have not been contacted by email or phone it may be for several reasons as in you did not send all that is required. Please feel free to give a call or shoot us an email if you have any issues and see if something else can be done.
